SKIN PLUMPING WITHOUT THE NEEDLE

Korean Needle-Free Filler Facial

The "Needle Free Filler Facial" is a revolutionary treatment that can produce "filler-like" results. Utilizing PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid), a bio collagen stimulating ingredient, along with a patented hydrogen encapsulated mask to drive key ingredients deep onto the skin. Hollywood's best-kept secret.

This treatment has been dubbed "The Korean Filler Facial*. It is a collagen- inducing procedure without downtime or needles. “PILLEO" means Filler in Korean. This non-invasive, anti-aging skin treatment softens fine lines & wrinkles by plumping the skin, and adding back volume to the face (incl. neck, hands, even décolleté).

The Needle Free Filler Facial is comprised of the highest concentration of Poly L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), which stimulates the production of collagen, and is also found in thread lift treatments and injectable treatments. In this case, PLLA is applied topically with a blend of other anti-aging ingredients and driven in with a patented delivery system. Results are cumulative and maximized with the HOP+ home care system.

What is Poly-L-Lactic Acid

Poly-L-Lactic Acid, also known as PLLA, is a biodegradable, biocompatible polymer derived from lactic acid. PLLA can have a variety of molecular weights, similar to Hyaluronic Acid. Due to its biocompatibility, this compound can completely dissolve in the human body, making it highly versatile in modern medicine. As a result, you can find this substance in dissolvable sutures, pins, plates, screws, and other surgical applications. While it has over 30 years of history in clinical usage, PLLA has only found it’s place in aesthetics within the last ten to twenty years.

PLLA was first approved for soft tissue augmentation in 1999 to help correct cosmetic “blemishes/imperfections” like wrinkles and scars. It wasn’t until 2004 that the FDA cleared it for use in the US. It has since been used in procedures all around the country under the brand name Sculptra. Similar to other dermal fillers, Sculptra injections fill in hollow, sunken areas of the face to achieve a more youthful appearance. In the right conditions, these PLLA injections even boost your skin’s ability to produce collagen.

While fillers provide impressive results, they’re not for everyone. If you’re looking for a topical solution that provides similar benefits, PLLA can plump and smooth the look of skin without the need for any injections.

The Benefits of PLLA

Besides the obvious confidence boost, consistent use of PLLA comes with a number of lasting benefits. In the short term, this ingredient smooths and plumps the skin, giving it a more vibrant and youthful appearance. With continued use, the increase in collagen production will slow cellular damage altogether and lead to improved skin elasticity and less defined wrinkles.

As Seen On

IN THE TREATMENT ROOM

This two-step treatment begins with the use of a muscle toning technology device that strengthens and tones facial muscles. This low-level current creates ATP production that energizes the facial muscles for a lifted, firm and toned appearance. Followed by the application of the Needle-Free Filler Mask. The mask is laid on the skin for 30 minutes under the LightStim® Professional LED ProPanel to help deeper absorption of ingredients for a healthy, radiant complexion. A Poly-L-Lactic Acid moisturizer and sun protection is applied to end your session.

There’s no downtime, except avoiding water and sweat for 12 hours, and the results are cumulative. One treatment can last for six weeks and a series of three treatments done 10 days apart can last for five months. Results are even more pronounced when using the at home care products which are available here.

This treatment is a filler facial therefore it is not your typical facial, there are no acids and no extractions. Your skin must be prepped before your appointment by coming in with a clean face. Anyone that is wearing makeup to their appointment will not be allowed to receive this treatment.

The 411 On The Loss of Facial Fat Pads

In your twenties

The subcutaneous fat (the fat below the surface of our skin) around the apples of our cheeks is firm and perky.

In your thirties

We see early signs of volume loss, mostly in the mid-face and chin and that is due to less collagen and hyaluronic acid production. That means we may notice that our face is starting to look slimmer and more angular, which can make us look older and more tired.

In your forties

At this point in our life, our face starts losing even more of that subcutaneous fat we had so much of in your twenties. In general we lose the deep fat pads in the mid-face and those of the temples and the front of the ears first. Then we lose fat around the mouth and chin and along the jawline. It looks like the skin is falling, but actually our faces are deflating. What’s more, our skin also loses the ability to bounce back as quickly, causing skin to sag.
