CONSULTAIONS & CONSENT FORMS

All visitors will be asked to fill out a consent form prior to their appointment on every visit. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time for consultation & to fill out consent form.

ARRIVAL TIME:

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to use the bathroom if needed, conduct a consultation, sign your release form and get comfortable on the table. If you arrive on or after your scheduled appointment time, your time will not be extend for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

For example: Your appointment is scheduled at 2pm for a 60 minute treatment. Your hands on treatment begins at 2pm. If you arrive at or after 2pm your session will still end at its scheduled time of 3pm, regardless of the time your hands on treatment begins.

WEARING MAKEUP:

If you are wearing a full face of waterproof makeup it make take additional time to clean your skin. The time taken to remove your makeup is valuable time that can be used towards treatment time. It its HIGHLY recommended you do not wear makeup to your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS (Booking, Rescheduling, Cancelling):

Skinbygabby makes it convenient for you to manage your own appointments. Need to book a new appointment, reschedule, or cancel a current appointment simply visit skinbygabby.com or click on the link received via text or email upon booking.

Saturday Appointments

Due to high demands new clients are not allowed to book on a Saturday and lapsed clients who have not received a facial treatment from SBG in at least 3 months.

REQUIRED CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a $25 fee that will be automatically charge to credit card on file.

REPEATED CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES:

A non-refundable 50% deposit from the total cost of treatment will be required for appointments that are reschedule or cancelled for the third time or your appointment will be cancel.

For Example:

You booked a new appointment for 10/01 (first booking), a few days prior to your appointment you reschedule your appointment for 10/16 (second booking), and again a few days prior to your appointment you reschedule your appointment for 11/03 (third booking).

To keep the 11/03 appointment a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required.

REPEATED SATURDAY CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES

Saturday appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled for the third time lose the ability to book on a Saturday. This allows a fair opportunity for everyone, new or existing clients, to book on Saturdays.

ADDITIONAL GUEST:

Please do not bring any additional guest unless they are also being serviced. We create an intimate experience for each one of our clients so it's important that we are able to fully focus on you.

COUPONS/VOUCHERS/CERTIFICATES

All coupons, vouchers and certificates must be redeemed before or by its expiration date. Extension will not be granted, no exemptions.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS:

For liability reasons anyone under the age of 10 is not allowed to book an appointment. Guest between the ages of 10-17 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian at the time of the appointment.

FOR YOUR SAFETY:

Guest with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors priors to booking any services. Kindly inform of any existing medical conditions prior to receiving your treatment. We reserve the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

CELL PHONES:

To maintain relaxation during your treatment, We ask you silence your cell phone prior to the beginning of your treatment.

CORRESPONDECE:

All SkinByGabby corresponded will be conducted via email (gabby@skinbygabby.com) and all correspondence will be answered only during business hours, please allow up to 24-hours for replies upon next business day.

Operating Hours

SkinByGabby does not operate outside of business hours.

If you are sick, have been sick or traveled out of the country in the last 14 days, live with anyone sick, PLEASE STAY HOME and reschedule your appointment for a later date.
